Parents must encourage their children to play outdoor sports and place regulated restrictions on the use of gadgets

Not just ‘’The Beautiful Game’’, or in a more common term, Football, but almost every other sport is being subjected to the lethal grasp of technology, which is digitalizing very sport. Consequently, instead of running outside in the open field and relishing the real beauty of sports, children of the present era are often seen glued to their gadgets playing the digitalized version of various sports. This is one of the main factors leading to an alarming decrease in the level of physical activity and fitness among children. If this behavioral pattern endures, it will have serious health consequences in the near future. Parents must encourage their children to play outdoor sports and place regulated restrictions on the use of gadgets.
